2. Click on “Cart” at the top right corner of our website to review your cart, add order notes, or select “gift receipt”.
3.If your cart looks correct, click on “checkout” and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You’ll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.
Am I required to create an account to place an order?
While you are not required to create an Carmen Creation account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order. How long until I receive my package?
U.S. orders typically deliver within 3-5 business days. Orders outside the United Stares take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Please check our Shipping Policy for a detailed breakdown of our shipping timeframes. We ship via USPS.com unless requested by the customer.

Am I able to place a custom order?
Our Couture line features handmade pieces made with the highest quality textiles, fabrics and designer materials. Each item has been carefully designed and selected specifically for the Carmen Creation aesthetic, and as such they come in small quantities. Should you want to place a custom order for a specific style, please email us at orders@coutureflowergirl.com
While we cannot guarantee fulfillment of every custom request, we will certainly try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of credit card including Visa, Mastercard and Discover . We do not accept American Express. We also accept Amazon Payments and PayPal – a safe, secure service that accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart. We are a verified boutique site, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe. We do not see or store your credit card information.

Where is Carmen Creation located?
Carmen Creation is located in the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District. We have 2 physical boutiques at the moment, for your convenience.
How do your sizes run?
Carmen Creation is proud to cater to Children of ages Newborn to 10 years old. Our clothing is designed and manufactured in Downtown LA. Refer to our Size Guide to ensure that you find the right size for your little one.
Can I use two discount codes or a store credit and discount code?
You may only use one code at a time. If you have two discount codes, only one can apply per order. If you have store credit, you will only be able to use that code. No other code can be entered in addition to the store credit code.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it. For any further inquiries about your order, please email us at orders@coutureflowergirl.com with your inquiry described in full, as well as your order number.
How will I know when my order has shipped?

We’re sorry that an item you are looking for has already sold out! Carmen Creation makes its best effort to restock all items, especially if they are within the current fashion season.
